Yes. We're starting in selected municipalities and local districts within Pinar del Río Province. Our goal is to progressively expand our coverage throughout the province and later into other provinces of Cuba.

During checkout, the available shipping options are determined by the recipient's delivery address. After selecting the province, municipality, and local district, you'll be shown the shipping methods available for that area.

Browse our online store, add the products you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll provide the recipient's information and delivery address, select from the available delivery options, and complete your payment online.

Yes. Our service is designed so you can shop online from wherever you are and purchase products for family, friends, or loved ones located within our available delivery areas.

Yes. During checkout, enter the information and delivery address of the person who will receive the order. The recipient must be located within one of our currently supported delivery areas.

If you need to make a change to an order, contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made will depend on the current status of the order and whether preparation or delivery has already begun.

Payments

Prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may perform a currency conversion if your payment method uses another currency.

International cards may be accepted depending on the card issuer, card network, country, and payment provider requirements. Your bank may also apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Payments are processed through our online payment provider using secure payment technology. We do not ask customers to send card information through email or the contact form.

Products & Availability

Our catalog includes everyday essentials such as food, household products, cleaning supplies, personal care items, and other products for common household needs. Available products can be viewed directly in our online store.

Product Combos are convenient packages containing multiple products grouped together around common household needs or occasions. The contents of each combo are shown on its product page.
